The Riptide Atlantis Freestyle 5.8 Exercise Pool is a compact yet fully featured dedicated swimming machine.

The Atlantis Freestyle 5.8 is designed to be a less expensive entry to swimming pool ownership, and it can also suit locations where power supply may be a problem. This Freestyle model is based on the standard Atlantis pool, and includes everything except the counter-current. This saves money, power and running costs, but it does not impact on the pool’s basic requirement to swim.

The Freestyle model includes the Super Swim Pro swimrod. This device is like a fishing pole, which is anchored at 45 degrees to the back of the swimmer, and connected by a strong line to a Velcro belt that the swimmer attaches to their waist. The result is an awesome swim experience, where you can swim as hard or slow as you like in any style, and the swimrod will keep you gently positioned in the centre of the pool.

The Super Swim Pro swimrod has sufficient flexibility to allow the swimmer to swim hard, and after each stroke it gently pulls you back into place. Many professional swimmers use the Swim Pro swimrod, and prefer it to just swimming lengths, or swimming against a counter current.
